5. Revisions & Changes

Revisions are provided as per the agreed package or proposal. Additional changes, new features, or scope extensions may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final website or project is transferred to the client. Code With Nikhil reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or case studies unless otherwise agreed.

Payments made are non-refundable once project work has started. This is due to time, resources, and effort invested in project execution.
